Bone, joint & skin peptides

Structural and aesthetic peptide protocols — GHK-Cu, glutathione, collagen-support peptides. Dose ranges, delivery routes, cycles, and reconstitution.

This group covers structural and aesthetic applications. GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide studied for collagen synthesis, skin remodelling, and hair follicle activity, delivered topically or subcutaneously. Glutathione is studied as an antioxidant with downstream effects on skin tone and oxidative stress.

Protocols covered: Teriparatide, Collagen Peptides.

Teriparatide: 20 – 80 mcg, Daily SubQ. Cycle: 18–24 months maximum (FDA limit); then switch to bisphosphonates. Collagen Peptides: 5 – 20 g, Daily oral. Cycle: Continuous use acceptable; no cycling needed.
