The Clarity Wellness affiliate program pays commission to people who already talk about peptides — coaches, med spa and clinic owners, trainers, practitioners, and long-standing members — for the orders they send our way. It is a non-exclusive independent-contractor arrangement: no quotas, no fees, no exclusivity, and no obligation to buy anything yourself.
Applications are reviewed by a person, usually within one business day. Approved applicants receive a private link to review and electronically sign three documents: the Affiliate & Independent Contractor Agreement, the Marketing & Regulatory Compliance Addendum, and the Tax & Payment Information Form, along with an IRS Form W-9.
Commission is calculated on monthly net paid sales attributed to your VIP code — the merchandise value of paid orders after any discounts, and before tax, shipping, and surcharges. Your code is attribution-only: it identifies your customers to us and does not change what they pay.
The rate is tiered by calendar month and applies retroactively to the whole month once the threshold is met.
Peptides sit in a regulated, closely watched category, so the compliance rules are simple and non-negotiable: disclose that you earn a commission, never make medical or disease claims, use only Clarity Wellness-approved product wording, and never give individualized dosing or medical advice on our behalf.
You also agree not to place orders through your own code to manufacture commission, not to bid on our brand terms in paid search without written permission, and to keep customer information private.
The form takes about five minutes. We ask for your contact details and location, how you plan to promote Clarity Wellness, links to your platforms, the approximate size of the audience you reach, your professional background, the states you operate in, and the VIP code you would like to use.

Once your W-9 has been verified, an administrator activates your code and your commission dashboard appears in your Clarity Wellness account, showing month-to-date net sales, your current rate, every attributed order, and past-month statements.

No. Membership and the affiliate program are separate. Existing members are welcome to apply, and you can tell us your current VIP code on the form, but you do not have to buy anything to earn commission.
No. Affiliate VIP codes are attribution-only — they record that the order came from you without changing the customer's price. Discount codes are issued separately by Clarity Wellness.
Commission for a calendar month is calculated after the month closes and paid on the first of the following month by Venmo, Zelle, or check, based on the payment method you elect during onboarding. Payment is held until your IRS Form W-9 has been received and verified.
The 15% rate applies retroactively to all of that month's net paid sales, including the first $2,000 — not just the amount above the threshold.
No. Affiliates are independent contractors. You are responsible for your own taxes, and Clarity Wellness may report payments on Form 1099-NEC where required by law.
